"THE JAMIE FOXX PROJECT" COMING TO FOX!
Finally we can get some good comedy back on TV! It was just announced that FOX has picked up a new sketch comedy produced by Jamie Foxx. Earlier today, the network announced that a program tentatively called “The Jamie Foxx Project” will debut in the upcoming 2010-2011 television season.
The half-hour show is being described as similar to “In Living Color” and will offer a fresh take on pop culture, including spoofs of movie trailers, commercials, TV shows, music videos and celebrities.
MICHAEL DOUGLAS OPENS UP ABOUT CANCER!
Michael Douglas went on Letterman and talked about the recent news that he has throat cancer. He has just completed his first of eight weeks of radiation and chemotherapy, and appeared a little thinner than usual, with his suit slightly oversize. With the coming weeks of treatment, he said, his voice may change and it could become impossible to swallow solid food.
But he was upbeat, saying that despite his throat cancer being Stage 4, it has not spread down below his throat. Asked by Letterman what the percentages were, Douglas said he has an 80% chance of recovery, with some hospitals even more optimistic.

Recent reports in a French tabloid claiming that Celine Dion was rushed to the hospital following pregnancy complications are “completely fabricated,” Dion’s rep tells People Magazine. “She’s never been in the hospital – her pregnancy continues to be healthy and she feels fantastic.”
In fact, Dion has so far gained 33 lbs., and has continued with the acupuncture treatments she has credited with helping her have a successful pregnancy.
