WPOW Power 96, the #1 CHR/Rhythmic station in Miami, is looking for a Promotions Coordinator. Ideal Candidate should be able to assist and work closely with the Promotions Director to take on all aspects of the marketing/promotions department such as merchandising, special events, psa’s, public relations, research, and creative services. Successful candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced, team environment. Must wear many hats in one day: Must be highly organized and efficient; creative thinker and writer; understand gracious and calm customer service at all times; able to interface with all types of individuals on the phone, in writing, and in person; able to make independent decisions to move projects forward, and be very responsible on follow-through. Should have strong problem solving, communication and analytical skills.

REQUIREMENTS:
•Highly motivated and creative
•Clean driving record
•Ability to multi-task, and be reliable
•Computer proficient, especially in Word, Power Point & Excel
•Available to work some weekends, evenings, and holidays
•Passionate and able to interact and connect with Power 96 fans
•Conduct yourself as a representative of Power 96 in a professional manner

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Maintains master event and promotion recap books
•Assist in execution of weekend’s schedule of events
•Acts as marketing department liaison between sales and programming dept
•Assist in creating Power Point Presentations/ Sales Packages
•Updates events binders
•Creates events recaps
•Write weekly contesting and keep prize inventory organized
•Respect, develop and maintain relationships between all Power 96 corporate partners, broadcast partners, sponsorship partners, employees, and fans
•Manage interns and part time staff
•And other Duties as assigned

DESCRIPTION: Full time web master. Applicant will need to create graphics based on existing design scheme and assist in redesigning Power96.com. Must work with both programming and sales department to create original graphics for programming/sections of sites. Must know HTML & has put together a website or two.

QUALIFICATIONS: Including, but not limited to: Minimum 1 year experience writing HTML. Examples of previous work will be required. Must have Java Script experience. Must have Flash experience. Must be familiar with cross browser/platform compatibility issues.

Skills and Qualifications:
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
-Vast experience using Dreamweaver and Flash
-Proficient in CSS and FLASH
-Proficient in Adobe CS Suite, including PhotoShop, Illustrator, Premiere, Flash and Dreamweaver
-Video and Audio editing and encoding a MUST
-Must be able to update multiple social networking sites, Facebook, Twitter, Myspace etc.

Qualifications: Candidate must have college degree or equivalent broadcasting training.  Candidate must also have a minimum 2 years of documented experience in radio and an understanding of basic radio broadcast equipment.
